This styled wedding shoot came together in honour of activating Eden Collingwood. Eden, off of Johnston St in Collingwood, is a lux blank canvas of an outdoor event space with onsite kitchenette, amenities and even 2 Airbnb accommodation that can be added to your booking. There’s endless possibilities to dream up ways to play within this inner city oasis.

Eden is the brainchild of wife and husband power couple Rosie and Allan, with Rosie being a seasoned wedding planner behind her respected business ‘I Do Planning’. So when Rosie saw the recent ‘In the Mood for Love’ styled shoot that I was a part of, headed by fellow wedding planner and stylist Kath from Inner North Studio, she knew that she wanted to assemble the A-team to showcase Eden.

I had the perfect real life super in-love couple for this shoot and brought Lecia and Dean into the fold. Rosie called upon her good friend and uber talented visionary Isla from Emotions and Maths to be wiz behind the camera and Isla brought along her artistic bready collaborator Elaine from It’s.Eggy. Our shoot started off at the classic Hotel Windsor in the city, a favourite location for Isla’s couples.

Kath from Inner North Studio not only worked her magic styling up Eden, she also enlisted her trusted co-collaborators Kevin from Soya Florals, Elly from Scene Behind, Annie of Annie Rose Artistry to come along for the ride. Kath also found some incredible outfits from Kat the Label and Van Der Kooij for this shoot. The avant garde wedding cake and jelly desserts came from the lovely Raymond who heads cafe Raya, just up the road in Collindwood yards. We sourced some sickening earrings from Cleopatra’s Bling and rings and other bling from Studio Ingot on Brunswick Street. As night fell we played around with lights and projections against the walls of Eden and was serenaded by Jazz singer Abbey Page Williams.
